Meanwhile, the provincial department of health has asked people over the age of 60 years, who did not receive a message to go for a vaccine jab, NOT to arrive at vaccination sites. The provincial head of health, Dr Keith Cloete says, for now, only a small group will receive an SMS, as health workers head to old age homes, to vaccinate there first.
