The Department of Health has urged healthcare workers, who are set to receive their Covid-19 injection over the next few weeks, to immediately report any side-effects.

Health Minister, Zweli Mkhize this week welcomed the resumption of the Sisonke-trial, which was recently temporarily halted for safety reasons.

He says it is of utmost importance for front-line healthcare workers, who work with Covid-19 patients on a daily basis, to get themselves inoculated.
