Former Eskom CEO Brian Molefe today told the Zondo commission that loadshedding only returned to South Africa, after Cyril Ramaphosa became President. Molefe is appearing before the Zondo commission of inquiry today. The investigation has already heard evidence about Molefe in his role as CEO of Transnet, between 2011 and 2015.
