Western Cape Premier Alan Winde has urged shoppers to buy online as much as possible ahead of Black Friday. He called on retailers to ensure measures are in place to limit the risk of Covid-19 infection. Meanwhile Health Minister Dr Zweli Mkhize is on his way to the Eastern Cape to help deal with the resurgence in positive cases of COVID-19. He told Parliament the Eastern Cape was responsible for between 50 and 55% of new positive cases being identified each day.
