It’s uncertain whether any action will be taken against former president Jacob Zuma who absconded from the commission of inquiry into state capture. This after his application for the recusal of the chairperson, deputy chief justice Raymond Zondo, was dismissed. He left after the judgement, without seeking permission from Zondo, who had issued a summons for Zuma to present himself at the commission this entire week.
