Today is Guinness World Records day – an annual celebration of record breaking from around the world. Capetonians can be proud of Jamie Marais, an ultra endurance athlete who set a world record for 22 speed summits up Table Mountain in 28 hours.

He spoke to the Smile Breakfast team about some of his other record breaking achievements and future plans.
