World BMX champion Kevin Peraza is in town

Converse ULT.X, the country’s premier Action Sports event, is set to once again blaze a trail at the V & A Waterfront’s Battery Park. One of the competitors is Kevin Peraza who joined the Ryan O’Connor Breakfast show for a chat.

Kevin comes from a family of BMXers: His three brothers all compete, and his dad is a former BMX racer who still rides at the skate park. Kevin has consistently earned podiums on the world’s biggest stages, including 3 X Games Gold medals.

Phil de Lange is the producer of the Ryan O'Connor Breakfast show and has been with Smile 90.4FM since it's inception in 2013. Through his work on the breakfast show he has won two national radio awards. He has been in broadcasting for 15 years and has honed his talent at 6 different radio stations. Outside of radio he is also a podcast producer and award winning stand-up comedian.
