Winde: Increased herd-immunity could encourage overseas travelers to visit the Western Cape

Premier Alan Winde says the province is engaging with different stakeholders to put in place additional strategies to help re-open the province’s tourism sector to attract overseas visitors and to get the tourism economy up & running again.

Winde says boosting herd immunity in small Western Cape towns would help attract overseas visitors – who are cautious about contracting the visitors while on holiday here – to again visit the province.

He says a stakeholder meeting, is taking place today.
