A lot of us will be travelling this weekend. We talk a lot about our getaways and holidays; but we don’t often think about the owners of bed & breakfasts or small guesthouses or boutique hotels – when something goes wrong. So we spoke to a few hospitality owners about some of the worst things a guest has done.

Hospitality owners can’t predict that guests might misbehave or natural disasters might happen. Fortunately there are options for coverage in any unlikely event that causes damage to boutique hotels or guesthouses. We spoke to Julian Chetty from Auto & General who gave us the lowdown of hospitality insurance.
