Premier Alan Winde says the Western Cape is pushing to vaccinate at least a thousand of its health-care workers, per day.

He says this will ensure the vaccine is rolled out faster among the province’s front-line workers.

Winde says with healthcare workers are being vaccinated at the Groote Schuur, Tygerberg and Khayelitsha-hospitals.
