Western Cape Covid-19 death toll rises to 16,268

The Western Cape Covid-19 death toll has increased by a 129-fatalities, over the past 24-hour monitoring period.

The province’s death toll has now increased to 16,268.

There are currently more than 3,700 people in hospital, being treated for Covid-19 complications.

682 residents are now in ICU.
