Police have confirmed that a three-year-old girl, Jermica Andrews, who went missing last week with 17-year-old Zoe Joshua from Elsies River, was found safe and unharmed in Kleinvlei on Tuesday morning, 16 September and has since been reunited with her family.

However, the search for Zoe continues.

According to police, Zoe left home on Thursday, 11 September, taking Jermica with her without informing anyone.

It is not known why or how Zoe got separated from the three-year-old Jermica.

At the time of their disappearance, Zoe was wearing black cargo pants and pink slippers.

Bishop Lavis Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit is investigating.

Anyone with information that could help trace Zoe and Jermica is urged to contact Detective Constable Aden Carelse on 082 522 1090, Crime Stop on 08600 10111, or use the MySAPS mobile app anonymously.
