Two people have been charged with murder following the discovery of a burnt body on the back of a burnt vehicle in Melkbosstrand, two Mondays ago. This follows shortly after the disappearance of Malcolm Pather from Bothasig, who was last seen on Sunday, 13 July, leaving his home in a blue BMW 1 Series.
