Tramway FC under 14 champs hoping to get to the Gothia Cup

Published on

Tramway FC is a dynamic community-based soccer club situated in Southfield, competing in the CTTFA district. Coach Harold “Potz” Johnson started a girls soccer team with the club because his daughter wanted to play soccer. Seven years later they now have three girls teams and one ladies team, with approximately 42 girls and ladies who play competitive football.

He’s hoping to get the under 14 girls team to Sweden to compete in the Gothia Cup – the largest youth football tournament in the world. There are 900 teams from 13 countries participating and Harold is appealing to the community for any assistance to get there.

If you’d like to get in touch with Harold and assist with funds to get his team to Sweden call call 071 852 0885 or email potz9@icloud.com.
