Captain Adriana Chandler from the Table View Police Station says an armed response officer had heeded a wellness request and went out to the property in Sceptre Crescent. She says when he arrived there and called for attention from the person in the house, there was no response. Chandler says the officer then entered the home, and upon entry of one of the bedrooms, he discovered the body of an elderly man. She says the 75-year-old’s hands and feet were bound.
