The Western Cape reported a further 15 covid-19 related deaths, since Wednesday evening.

The province’s Covid related death-toll increased to 11 789.

Elsewhere, Gauteng reported 42 deaths, the Free State, 17, and Limpopo 15.

The South African cumulative Covid-19 death toll now stands at 56 170.
