The Western Cape has recorded 61 additional deaths, bringing the total number of COVID-19 related deaths in the province to 10 136. As of one o’clock this afternoon (Thurs 28 Jan) the Western Cape had 16 068 active Covid-19 infections with a total of 265 213 confirmed Covid-19 cases.
