The Western Cape has recorded 5 additional deaths in the last 24 hours bringing the total number of Covid-19 related deaths in the province to 11-thousand 695.

As of one o’clock this afternoon (Fri 14 May) the province had 2-thousand 727 active Covid-19 infections. More than 88-thousand vaccines received to date as part of the Sisonke trial have been administered.
