Surprise! You’ve been waiting patiently for the Ryan O’Connor Breakfast Show’s launch on Monday the 8th of May, but the team decided to sneak in early to wake Cape Town up.

It was amazing to be welcomed by the Smile Family who were ecstatic to hear the new team on air a few days early.

We look forward to getting you up and ready for the day every Monday to Friday, from 6-9am. You also stand a chance to win big with Ryan’s R50 000 noise every morning at 7am and 8am.

Phil de Lange

Phil de Lange is the producer of the Ryan O'Connor Breakfast show and has been with Smile 90.4FM since it's inception in 2013. Through his work on the breakfast show he has won two national radio awards. He has been in broadcasting for 15 years and has honed his talent at 6 different radio stations. Outside of radio he is also a podcast producer and award winning stand-up comedian.
