The Public Protector has found that Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan did not attempt to influence the appointment of Judge Dhaya Pillay to the Supreme Court of Appeal in 2016. Busisiwe Mkhwebane yesterday released reports related to several investigations, of which one was of the probe relating to a complaint lodged by EFF Member of Parliament Floyd Shivambu.
