The Minister of Cooperative Governance, Nkosozana Dlamini-Zuma says it will be illegal, from 12 o’clock tonight to transport liquor. She says the rule would be in place until midnight on Monday evening. The Government Gazette, published this week, however does NOT make mention of a ban on the transport of liqour. Dlamini-Zuma says alcohol checks  will be carried out at various roadblocks across the country.
