In a statement, the MKMVA says it’s deeply concerned about the events that unfolded at the St George’s Hotel in Pretoria where Minister of Defence Thandi Modise, her deputy Thabang Makwetla and Minister in the Presidency Mondli Gungubele were allegedly held hostage for close to 3 hours. The suspects are expected to make their first court appearance today.
