The City of Cape Town has made several amendments to regulations regarding funerals and especially how they should be handled during the Covid-19 pandemic. The amendments, published in the State Gazette last week, include coffins that should not be wrapped in plastic and funeral undertakers that should ensure that the remains are not touched.
