The Bellville Regional Court has denied former rugby player Zane Kilian’s bail application. Kilian has been charged with the murder of anti-gang unit detective Charl Kinnear, who was assassinated last year. Kilian is also charged with the attempted murder of Cape Town lawyer William Booth.
