The Automobile Association says motorists must ready themselves for another fuel-price increase by next week. According to the AA, the price of petrol is set to rise by about R1/litre from next Wednesday, while diesel is set to rise by 66 c/l. The latest data from the Central Energy Fund hints at an increase of 73 c/l for petrol & 39 c/l for diesel, but April’s fuel price will however also be affected by a 27 c/l increase in taxes.
