Suspended ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule has served papers on the ANC, arguing the rule forcing him to step aside from his position is unconstitutional.

According to News24, the papers are set to be lodged in court today on a semi-urgent basis. Advocate Dali Mpofu is acting on Magashule’s behalf.
