Statistics SA has detailed the challenges it encountered during the Census 22, including the Western Cape, where it experienced challenges like never before. According to iol, the challenges ranged from technical glitches to recruitment and responses from high-walled and gated communities. Stats SA Deputy Director General, Ashwell Jenneker told Parliament, refusals and non-resopnses in the Western Cape was a big problem.
