Dibakwane has been described as a standout talent in South Africa’s comedy scene, known for his eccentric humour and unique storytelling.

He rose to fame after winning the Savanna Comics’ Choice Newcomer of the Year Award, later adding the Intermediate Comedian of the Year Award to his achievements. His sharp wit and fearless creativity earned him multiple industry nominations and a loyal following.

“A friend to so many, he will be remembered for his off-the-wall humour, original style of stand-up comedy, and the joy he brought to audiences across South Africa.”

“To know Ebenhaezer was to love him, and he’ll be sorely missed,” Hoy added.
