Bishop Lavis police detectives are calling on the public to help them trace a missing 15-year-old boy. The teenager, named Liam Mouton, has not been sighted since Saturday. Western Cape provincial police spokesperson Wesley Twigg explained:
“15-year-old Liam Mouton was last seen on Saturday 22 March 2025, when he and his brother went to visit a friend in Bishop Lavis and was not seen since,” said Twigg.
While the brother made it back home, Liam remains without a trace, with Twigg adding that it is still unclear at which stage the two brothers separated.
The child was last seen clothed in a black cargo pants, black hooded top and sneakers of the same colour. Anyone who may have information is prompted to contact Bishop Lavis FCS’s investigating officer Constable Aden Carelse on 082 559 4598 or Crime Stop 08600 10111.
