Search for missing 7-year-old boy from Mfuleni

UPDATE: Enhle Maneli has been found safe and unharmed. Police say the child will be reunited with his family.

 

Kuils River police detectives are searching for a 7-year-old boy named Enhle Maneli. The little boy, who is mute and unable to speak, disappeared from his home in the Covid Informal Settlement, in Mfuleni, on Saturday 17 June.

 

Police spokesperson Wesley Twigg has more details:

 

“The Kuils River Family Violence, Child Protection, Sexual Offences Unit is seeking the assistance of the public to locate 7-year-old Enhle Maneli. At the time of his disappearance he was wearing a blue hoody top, red pants and brown shoes,” says Twigg.

 

Anyone who may have any information about the missing child is  urged to contact the investigating officer Constable Pretty Notshokovu on 082 522 1038, 082 522 1047 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
