SA’s Covid-19 death toll increases to 79,251

The national health department says the country’s Covid-19 death toll has risen to 79,251.

268 new deaths were reported, across the country, yesterday.

More than 2.43-million people, who contracted the virus, have already recovered, with South Africa’s recovery rate currently standing at 91%.
