Western Cape Community Safety MEC, Albert Fritz has called on people, to consume alcohol responsibly, as we enter the last weekend of the month, and after the re-opening of alcohol sales this week.

He says patients in trauma units with alcohol-related injuries puts an added pressure on the health care system, midst the Covid-19 pandemic.

Anyone who witnesses any criminal acts, or who has any other information that will assist SAPS in making arrests are urged to telephone the SAPS Command Centre at 021 466 0011.
