President Cyril Ramaphosa says it will depend on the medical advisory committee whether the country will move back to Level 3. Ramaphosa was answering questions in the National Council of Provinces today. He says not all South Africans are obeying health protocols and there are cases that are of concern. He says he will possibly address the nation next week and people should not panic that we will return to level 3.
