President Cyril Ramaphosa says he will deliver on Government’s land promise, and empower more black farmers. The President, in his weekly newsletter, committed himself to government’s land reform process, saying it aims to strike a balance between social justice and re-dress. He says the initiative will also enhance the country’s agricultural out-put by bringing more black farmers into the mainstream of the economy.
