After receiving his diploma in Professional Acting for Camera from City Varsity Cape Town in 2012, Dean entered the media and entertainment industry appearing in several student films and stage productions.

Dean’s radio career has een him join some of the most influential stations in Cape Town and joined Smile 90.4FM in 2017. Dean is part of the dynamic The JoyRide with Angel Campey team that drives you home every weekday between 4pm and 7pm. Outside of radio, Dean is a member of the LGBTQ Community and is passionate about Animal Rights.
