A total of eight sites were initially launched on Monday with two sites that were dedicated to vaccinating healthcare workers.

The six other sites were used to vaccinate both health-care workers and those 60 years and older.

Winde says this brings the number of sites, that focuses on the vaccination of pensioners, to 16.
