The City has reminded residents in Belgravia of upcoming critical electricity supply interruptions for infrastructure maintenance, which will be carried out on Wednesday, 20 August 2025.

Interruptions to supply will only impact areas on the map provided (click HERE, or see picture below), and only on the relevant date.

The work will be carried out from 08:00 to 18:00, if all goes to plan.

Impacted streets include:

  • Denchworth
  • First Avenue
  • Belgravia
  • Second Avenue
  • Gleemoor
  •  Bromley
  • Boeschoten
  • Third Avenue

The City has advised that the electricity supply could be restored at any time, and customers must treat all electrical installations as live for the full duration of the planned maintenance work.

Residents are encouraged to switch off appliances as a precaution to avoid damage caused by power surges when the power comes back on.

The City has apologised for any inconvenience caused and thanked residents for their cooperation and understanding.
