Open for Comment: Health Department publishes proposed regulations to replace National State of Disaster rules

The National Health Department has published new COVID-19 regulations for public comment.

If approved, it will replace the National State of Disaster, which has been extended until 15 April.

The proposed regulations include that all persons entering and leaving the country without a vaccine certificate must produce proof of negative COVID-19 results not older than 72 hours.

Quarantine and isolation rules, and wearing face masks in certain circumstances are also proposed.
