Novak Djokovic is free to leave his immigration detention hotel after the Federal Circuit Court in Australia overruled the original decision to have his visa cancelled.

However, lawyers for the government have signalled that Immigration Minister Alex Hawke could consider using his powers to recancel the tennis star’s visa, forcing him to leave the country.
