In New York, a white gunman has shot and killed 10 people in a Buffalo supermarket, in what authorities have called an act of racially-motivated violent extremism. The shooter has been identified as 18-year-old Payton Gendron. Gendron had livestreamed the shooting to a small audience on Twitch, before the platform cut off his feed.
