Nearly 21 000 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in the country in the past 24-hour cycle, while 441 new deaths were recorded. Health Minister dr Zweli Mkhize says 20 999 new cases have been identified since the last report. KwaZulu-Natal registered 132 deaths, the Western Cape 119, followed by Gauteng with 75. The total number of people who died from Covid-19-related illnesses now stands at 31 809.
