MV Cool Eagle to dock in Cape Town soon

One of the World’s largest specialised reefer vessels – the MV Cool Eagle – that can carry millions of tons of fresh-produce, docked in South African waters last week.

According to the SA Citrus Growers Association the vessel will also dock here in the Mother City, before it will then leave for Europe, carrying with it millions of cartons of locally produced citrus-fruit.

CEO at the SA Citrus Growers Association, Justin Chadwick says the MV Cool Eagle docked in the Port of Durban last week.

He says the vessel offers a lot more packing space than the other ships that previously docked here in the country.
