More than 68-thousand prisoners vaccinated against Covid-19

The Departement of Correctional Service says to date, more than 68,500 prisoners across the country have been vaccinated.

The Department says it is currently vaccinating more than 8-thousand people in that sector, on a daily basis.

More than 12,300 correctional services staff have received their Covid-19 injection.

The department estimates all prisoners will be vaccinated by mid-August.
