The Western Cape Department of Human Settlements says a further 34 beneficiaries have moved into their new homes at the Hillside PHP Housing Development in Grabouw.
MEC Tertius Simmers visited the site last week and say that, to date, 86 residents have moved into their new homes.
Simmers says the project commenced in 2017 and says a total of 321 houses will be handed over to community members by the end of November next year.
A further 34 qualifying and deserving beneficiaries of the Hillside PHP Housing Development in Grabouw have taken occupancy of their Breaking New Ground (BNG) homes. This brings the total of residents that have moved into this development to 86 ➡️ https://t.co/Y1ZeeejDA9 pic.twitter.com/5uanA1mttQ
