He’s taken his comedy to new heights over the last few years and has had audiences overseas in stitches. Now Loyiso Gola is back in his hometown for a few nights of his latest show ‘Popular Culture’. He joined Ryan for a chat about the show, his favourite concerts, and some of the worst audiences he’s faced in the UK.

A year off the release of his hour long Netflix stand-up special ‘Unlearning’, Loyiso takes his audience on a hilarious journey exploring the differing impact of cultural moments around the world. His latest offering ‘Popular Culture’ is on at the Homecoming Centre from 12-17 June, with tickets available at Quicket.
