The country has been in some form lockdown for over 145 days and it’s not just people that get restless. BBC reported that pets would have experienced a lot of agitation as a result of lockdown, and may even have engaged in some destructive behaviour around the house. Smile Breakfast asked listeners about what their pets had gotten up to over the last few months – from pillows, boots, toilet paper, couches, tree roots, and even bricks, it seems nothing was spared at home.
