According to online password manager NordPass, the average person has around 70-80 passwords in their lifetime. With all of the online work we’ve been doing lately and all the devices we need to access, you’re bound to run in into some trouble remembering all of them.

Research shows that with billions of online accounts still being breached, our online passwords are still too simple to be considered safe. Smile Breakfast caught up with Warwick Levey from IT company Silicon Overdrive – who told the team that 80% of bigger security breaches at companies are weak passwords. Warwick gave the team some advice on how to generate safer passwords and have better security online:
