Liquor Traders Association says East London tavern, where 21 teens died, should be shut down permanently

Published on

The Liquor Traders Association has demanded the permanent closure of an East London tavern where 21 teens died over the weekend.

Reports indicate the youngest victim who died inside the tavern was just 13 years old.

Police are investigating the circumstances around the incident. According to some reports, there were no visible injuries found on the children.

The founder of the Liquor Traders Association Lucky Ntimane says the tavern is clearly non-compliant and should be shut down for good.
