It seems the inspiration hit Ryan strong this morning. From an idea for a reality show to help people face their fears, to forming an a cappella band called “The Midlifes”, and a new sport for South Africa.

You may have gotten a fright hearing Ryan talk about “PK championships” but we promise he meant “plakkie klap championships”. Maybe Ryan was inspired by Dricus du Plessis’ recent victory over Sean Strickland to become the new UFC middleweight champion, but we’re sure that there’ll be a number of plakkie experts willing to take part in the PKC. Would you?
