The man accused of killing 8-year-old Tazne van Wyk will be back in court today. He  faces at least 27 charges, including the kidnapping, murder and rape of the 8-year old. A large part of the trial will be heard in camera because of the sensitivity of the case.

Also returning to court today is Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane. She’s heading to the Western Cape High Court to fight against a parliamentary inquiry against her. Mkhwebane is expected to reveal to the Court over the next 2 days, that the impeachment process has been tainted and should not proceed.
